Through zoom account single api key you cannot create multiple live class/meeting even if you are using zoom paid account, so if you want to run multiple Live Classes simultaneously for different host then you should use multiple api keys for teachers as self api . Also please note that if teacher want to create Live Class with self api so it must be created from Timetable otherwise if Live class created from Add Class button so it will always use global api key. To check Smart School Version, login from superadmin panel and then go to System Settings > System Update link. Here you can see your current Smart School Version and also update to the newest version if available any.

To generate exam rank, go to the Online Examinations > Online Exam then and click on Generate Rank icon, after clicking this icon a modal will open then click on the Generate Button present at the top right corner of the modal.Once you click on the Generate Rank button, rank will be generated for all the student.Note -  If two or more students have same number then their rank will also be same.

To check student teacher ratio report, go to Reports > Student Information Report click on Student Teacher Ratio Report. Here you can see teacher student ratio in the class section.
