To view disabled staff, go to Human Resource > Disabled Staff then select Role and then click on Search button. You can also search any disabled staff by entering any matching Keyword in the Search By Keyword Text Box and then click on Search button. The list of disabled staff will be shown below of the page. To view staff details click on Show icon present in staff card. Here you can view basic detail of staff like Profile, Payroll, Leaves, Attendance, Documents, Timeline.To edit staff

To import staff, go to Human Resource > Staff Directory click on Import Staff present at top right corner on the right side in the Basic Information page, at click of this button Staff Import page will be open.You have to follow all the necessary instructions given. Here you can also add multiple staff at the same time for this, you have to create a CSV file format. You can also download the sample file from top right corner by clicking on Download Sample Import File button.You

At Alumni Report you can see all Alumni details.Go to Reports >Alumni here select Pass Out Session, Class and Section to see Alumni list.

To check staff report, go to Report > Human Resource click on Staff Report. Here select Search Type (By Date of Joining), Status, Role, Designation and then click on Search button. Here you can see staff details like Staff ID, Role, Designation, Department, Name, Father Name and Mother Name etc.

To add item stock, go to Inventory > Add Item Stock, here select the Item Category, Item, Supplier, Store and enter Qunatity, Purchase Price, Date, Attach Document and Description and then click on Save button. You can view this added record in Item stock list on the right side of the page.To edit item stock click on the Edit icon present in the item stock list and to delete item stock click on the Delete icon present in the item stock list.
