To download uploaded assignment, go to sidebar menu and follow Download Center > Assignments then click on Download icon present in the Action column in the assignment list, at click of this icon assignment will be download. Follow same procedure to download uploaded documents for Study Material, Syllabus and Other Downloads.

In Smart School you can assign fees for each student by creating fees groups from Fees Collection > Fees Group then Fees Collection > Fees Master (create fees by selecting fees group here) and assign to student from Fees Master > Assign/view Fees. To change the backend theme, go to System Settings > General Settings > Backend Theme. Here you can see the multiple theme option available as White, Default, Red, Blue and Gary theme, choose one of them then click on save button.You can keep your preferred backend theme for your smart school by clicking on the theme and it will show "enabled." After you click on the "Save" button, your backend theme has been successfully changed.  

To enable / disable Teacher API credential, Superadmin/Admin need to login in Smart School. Here you can limit the teacher to use only global API key by disabling Teacher API credential. For this, on left sidebar go to Zoom Live Classes > Settings, here you will see Teacher API credential option with enable and disable radio button. Now if you want to allow teacher to create his/her own API credential then check Enable radio button otherwise check Disable radio button and then click on Save
